The developers planning to build a new Woking FC stadium and more than 1,000 flats say they will reach out to the community to help put together their detailed proposals, Surrey Live say.
In July 2018 outline proposals were released for a new 10,000 seat stadium to replace the Laithwaite Community Stadium in Kingfield.
The proposals include a 992-flat development in Kingfield Road near the stadium, which would fund the £10million project, and 61 apartments in Egley Road.
At the Kingfield site there will be commercial units and 671 parking spaces for the residential development. The David Lloyd gym in Kingfield would relocate to the Egley Road site.
In July councillors at Woking Borough Council (WBC) said they supported the proposal and welcomed the chance to help the football club develop and increase its community work.
