With the season drawing to a close we have unfortunately been dealt a double blow with Paul Ward Sleaford Town First Team Manager and Sue Jones the current Chairperson of the club have both announced that they will be stepping down at the end of the season.

This is a blow to the club as Paul Ward lead Town to their highest ever finishing position in the UCL in his first season with the club last season finishing 7th. This season hasnt hit the heights of last season and numerous factors has lead to Paul Ward decide  to step down at the end of the season.

Sue Jones will leave the club with a positive bank balance after taking over with the figures in the minus and has worked tirelessly on and off the pitch to improve Sleaford Town to the best of her ability.

Sleaford Town would like to thank both Paul and Sue for their hardwork, dedication, commitment and passion towards the club and for everything they have contributed to the club.

Town have now started applications for the First Team and Chairperson position for the 2017-2018 season, if you are interested and want to know more about the roles and responsabilities of both positions please email Sue Jones at; bukisuki58@gmail.com
