Tranmere Rovers manager Gary Brabin says Saturday’s away fixture against Dover Athletic is the latest in a number of big games ahead.

The opposition sit three points behind Tranmere with three games in hand with only seven weeks of the campaign remaining.

Brabin told Tranmere Player: “All the games equally as important, especially at this time of the season. We’re approaching every game with the same mentality that it’s the biggest of the season.

“There will be a lot of twists and turns still to come, there’s still a lot of games to be played.

“We go into every game wanting to be solid and compact but also to attack and get at teams and I think we’re better when we’re doing that.”

The manager is expecting a tough encounter at the Crabble Athletic Ground this weekend.

He added: “Dover are a big physical side, they’ve competed at the top end of this league for the last few years so we know we’ll be in for a tough game.”
