Dover Athletic say they intend to appeal the decision to fine the club £40,000 and impose a 12-point deduction for next season.
The Whites had their 2020/21 results wiped from the current National League season at the end of last week.
As part of wide-ranging punishments handed out to clubs in the National League, National League North and National League South, Dover were given the fine and points deduction as a penalty for not fulfilling fixtures.
Chairman Jim Parmenter has confirmed the club ‘will be appealing to the Football Association and are also seeking legal advice.’
