Hednesford Town have confirmed that defender Tyrone Williams and striker Danico Johnson have departed Keys Park.

Williams has been recalled by his parent club Kidderminster Harriers after spending the first half the season on loan with the Pitmen.

The youngster impressed during his twenty-six games, playing all along the back-line and scoring 4 goals in the process after arriving from the National League outfit in the summer of 2015.

Manager Frank Sinclair said: “We are disappointed to lose Tyrone Williams back to Kidderminster and it shows what they must think of him to recall him.”

Former Coleshill Town striker Johnson, meanwhile, has been given the chance to go and play football elsewhere on a more regular basis after struggling to break into the first-team over the course of the last month.

The manager added: “I will still be keeping an eye on him and how he performs and maybe an opportunity will arise where he is able to come back in the future.”
