AFC Telford United forward Anthony Dwyer has vowed to always ‘give 110 per cent’ as he aims to continue his fine form in front of goal.

The 20-year-old has scored six goals for the Bucks this season, the latest being a stunning long-range strike as they beat Boston United 2-1 on Saturday.

Comfortable of operating as a no.9 or from either flank, he has quickly become a fan favourite – hitting his stride after a brace at Leamington back in August.

“When I spoke to the gaffer (Rob Edwards) before Leamington, he let me know what the league was about – the league is ruthless,” said Dwyer, who spent time at the likes of Ilkeston and Stafford Rangers last term after being released by Mansfield Town.
