Eastleigh have announced the signing of former Coventry City and Sheffield Wednesday defender Reda Johnson.
The 28-year-old, who can play at left-back or as a left-sided centre-half, was released by Coventry at the end of last season having struggled with injury.
Born in Marseille, Johnson began his career as a professional footballer in 2005 with Gueugnon and Amiens before launching a career in England with Plymouth Argyle.
In 2014 Johnson was awarded the PFA Player in the community award. He has also been Capped 10 times by Benin.
He has signed a contract with the Spitfires for the rest of this season with an option for another year.
