Ebbsfleet United have announced that executive vice-chairman Dean Pooley has today left the club.

A former Fleet player, Pooley took up the role back in January of this year, replacing Peter Varney.

This is the latest change to take effect at the Vanarama National League club, with popular manager Daryl McMahon departing this month, replaced soon after by Garry Hill.

There have also been a number of backroom staff departures, while chairman Dr Abdulla Al-Humaidi has also recently spoken of the need to trim their wage bill on the playing side, with the Kuwaiti owner talking of at least four players needing to be offloaded.
