The Bucks were beaten for the first time in six games as they slipped to a 3-2 National North defeat.

Edwards’s men were 2-1 up but saw their lead slip away on a night when they also had centre-half Ross White sent off.

“A corner, long throw and a free-kick has cost us and we’ve got to learn from it quickly,” he said.

“Those things are bread and butter, things that we know are going to happen and we talk about all the time.

“If we don’t do those things right then the rest doesn’t matter, despite our good play at times.

“We’ve had a good run and we’ve got to pick ourselves up.”
