Hythe Town’s new manager Steve Watt has appointed two new members of his backroom staff.

Nathan Elder joins from Sittingbourne as the new assistant manager. Elder has a wealth of experience in football, as a player at Brentford, Shrewsbury Town, Dover Athletic and Tonbridge Angels amongst others. Since retiring from playing he has been assistant at Sittingbourne.

Paul Booth arrives at Reachfields as the new first-team coach. Booth also has vast experience as a player at places such as Maidstone United, where he also started his coaching career.
