Hungerford Town have stated their position on whether to continue the current National League season.
The National League South club are one of those to give their backing to the campaign continuing.
They have said as part of a statement: “With regards resolutions 3 and 4, we vote against the season being declared null and void and wish the season to continue to a conclusion. As a club, we have benefited from grants from the lottery, council and football foundation.
“In addition, there has been the National League and FA income, along with generous sponsorship, donations and streaming revenue. To end the season and see this go to waste would be wrong, in our view.
“We respect all clubs’ opinions and recognise that everyone has different circumstances to consider, but would urge all clubs to explore every avenue to continue the season, rather than declaring null and void. As a club, we are very proud to play at this level and are determined to remain as competitive as possible within our means.
“HTFC will be budgeting to honour our fixtures and remain hopeful that partial crowds could be seen in grounds in April and May.”
