Former Peterborough United striker Craig Mackail-Smith has signed for Bedford Town.
The seven-cap Scotland international joins the Eagles as he announces his retirement from full-time football.
The 36-year-old spent time on loan at Stevenage in League Two last season from Wycombe Wanderers.
Ex-Brighton & Hove Albion man Mackail-Smith said via his Instagram: “I have signed for Bedford Town Football Club as it makes perfect sense for me to still be very much part of a team, see more of my family, and to be able to work on many other ventures I want YOU to be a part of.”
