Hebburn Town have announced the addition of four new players, all on two-year deals, ahead of the new season.
Louis Storey, Graeme Armstrong and Luke Sullivan join the club from South Shields whilst James Fairley joins from Marske United.
On news of the signings manager Scott Oliver said: “These lads are all very good signings, they make a massive statement on what we intend to do in the coming months and season ahead. I think I’ve had one day off since the end of the season and then we got cracking straight away, and it looks like we’ve been successful as we speak.
“These lads were only going to sign if we could show to them that we meant business. They haven’t just come here for an easy time, they want to win things and be part of what we want to achieve as a club.
“We definitely want to progress through the leagues, it’s not going to be just a one-season wonder or one-hit wonder. The club is on the up, momentum is with us, so we should push now while we can.”
Director of Football Stephen Rutherford said: “I am delighted that we’ve managed to sign four players of such quality. The combined experience is huge and what we need to help drive the club on. The lads will be great additions to the squad and whilst speaking to all of them they are very much behind the project we are building here at Hebburn and excited to get going.
“I’d like to thank all four of the lads for making the process easy and straightforward. These signings show a statement of intent from the club, and we are really pleased that the players have agreed to join us.”
