FC Halifax Town have given an update on the injury situation at the club.

The National League side say defender Kian Spence ‘has commenced full rehab and is on schedule for a return in around seven weeks’.

Jake Hyde and Danny Williams have returned to training, while skipper Nathan Clarke ‘continues to up his rehab and will see the consultant in the coming weeks for an update on his eye’.

Midfielder Luke Summerfield, recently ruled out for up to three months with a partial tear of his ACL, has been given the green light to complete his rehab over the coming weeks.

Striker Matt Stenson’s operation, meanwhile, has been described as a success.
