Woking have confirmed the election of five members to the club’s board.

Kelvin Reay, who was retiring by rotation but seeking re-election, Graeme Beveridge, Sean Carey and John Katz, who were all previously co-opted on to the board, and Drew Volpe, were all elected.

Like Katz, Volpe is a US executive, and a partner with Volpe Investments, LLC, a private equity and venture capital firm with an emphasis on sports business.

Volpe Investments is based in San Francisco and launched in 2018.

On joining the National League club’s board, Volpe told the club website: “I couldn’t be more excited to join the board in our pursuit for full-time football and I look forward to meeting as many of our great supporters as possible in the near future.”
