Grimsby Town have sealed signing of former Lincoln City midfielder Jon Nolan on a deal until the end of the season.
A product of Everton’s youth system, he was at Goodison Park at the same time as Toto Nsiala and became good friends with the Town defender. The talented midfielder spent two seasons with Stockport County prior to his arrival at Sincil Bank in the summer of 2013.
He’s said to have turned down better financial offers from other National League clubs to commit himself to the Imps and his impressive form earned him a contract extension at Sincil Bank.
