Ossett Albion have added two experienced players to their squad.

Joining the club from Spennymoor Town are midfielder Scott Kerr and striker Danny Frost.

Kerr is a widely experienced midfielder who has had spells at Bradford City, Lincoln City, where he made 211 first team appearances, Scarborough, Grimsby Town and York City.

Having started his career at Barnsley, Frost is no stranger to the Yorkshire Non League circuit haven played for Bradford Park Avenue, Shaw Lane Aquaforce & Ossett Town.

Albion manager Richard Tracey said, “A lot of hard work has gone in to signing Danny & Scott who are both class players. We have fought off a lot of competition to secure their signatures and I am looking forward to seeing them in action.”

Both players are expected to be in Albion’s squad tomorrow when they visit Droylsden.
