AFC Telford United are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Jordan Lussey.

The former Southport man joins the Bucks in time to play in this evening’s National League North clash against Brackley Town at the New Bucks Head.

The 22-year-old, who started out at Liverpool’s academy also played for Bolton Wanderers in the Championship under Neil Lennon.

He joined Southport in September last season and was one of the club’s stand out players before sustaining a serious ankle injury in the Boxing Day clash against Wrexham which kept out for the rest of the season.

Lussey has spent some of pre-season at Coventry City on trial but Buck boss Rob Edwards has managed to secure Jordan’s signature ahead of tonight’s game.
