Bishop`s Stortford have signed highly-rated forward Bradley Fortnam-Tomlinson.

Ryman League Premier Division side Grays Athletic confirmed that Fortnam-Tomlinson had left them by mutual consent yesterday.

Twenty-one-year-old Narborough-born Tomlinson was snapped up at the age of 11 by Leicester City before moving to Sheffield Wednesday at the age of 16.

He signed a professional contract with Scottish League Premier club St Johnstone in September 2013, putting pen-to-paper after impressing the Saints in a trial.

Turning down a new development contract at St Johnstone in search of first-team football, he signed a contract until the end of 2014 with Hereford United.

Fortnam-Tomlinson, who earned two Northern Ireland under-19 caps during the 2012/13 season, moved to Grays just over a year ago.
