Richard Brodie has left Warrington Town, manager Paul Carden has confirmed.
The much-travelled striker was sent off having come on as a second-half substitute in Saturday’s 1-0 win over Marine and that has proved to be his final contribution in a Yellows shirt.
Brodie scored twice during his spell with Yellows but Carden confirmed he is now seeking pastures new.
With Tony Gray currently struggling with a hamstring injury, the Town boss said he may be on the look-out for reinforcements in attack.
“Richard Brodie’s left us. He said he wanted to play more football,” he said.
“That’s him done, so we’re possibly in the market for another forward.”
