Boston United have taken their summer transfer business into double figures by capturing in-demand striker Adam Marriott.
The 27-year-old has put pen-to-paper on an initial one-year deal at The Jakemans Stadium after plundering 31 goals for Southern Premier League side Royston Town last season.
It came a season after his exploits as a Lincoln City player where he helped the Red Imps to the National League title and the quarter-finals of the Emirates FA Cup.
Marriott marked his first outing for Boston United with a spectacular goal as the Pilgrims drew 1-1 with Chesterfield on Saturday afternoon.
