Gary McCann made further changes to the Hendon squad ahead of Saturday’s game at Needham Market, with three new faces signed up, and one confirmed departure.
Arriving from Thamesmead Town is 24 year old midfielder Merrick James-Lewis, who began his career with Southend United, before spells at Colchester United and Ebbsfleet United.
He has played for a number of clubs around the Ryman League, including Canvey Island, Farnborough, Harrow Borough, Heybridge Swifts, Staines Town and Enfield Town.
Promoted from the under 18 side are 17 year old Mickey White and 16 year old Malachy McGovern. Both were on the scoresheet in the under 18s 9-1 win at Northwood this week, McGovern scoring four times, and White scoring three times. The other scorers were Ollie O’Sahon-Lubel and James Raptis.
Leaving the club is Josh Passley, who has joined Whyteleafe after making just 3 appearances.
