Chester midfielder George Glendon has signed an 18-month deal.
Seen as a real coup by Blues bosses Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley, Glendon extends his stay after initially arriving on a short-term basis in August.
He made his debut in the loss at Spennymoor but impressed the Blues faithful in his first four games. It was then announced Glendon had signed up for the immediate future with the club, despite interest higher up the pyramid.
Anthony Johnson said: “As managers, it goes a long way that he wants to plan long-term with myself and Bern.
“But also it shows what the football club is about.”
