Barrow AFC have completed the signing of Midfielder Bedsente Gomis.

The 29 year-old Frenchman began his career at Lens B scoring 3 times in 68 appearances. Gomis then moved to Spanish side Puertollano making 24 appearances scoring twice. He then transferred to his second Spanish side Almeria B scoring 2 time in 13 appearances.




Bedsente caught the eye of Southend United, moving to the League 2 in 2014. Gomis then moved to Sutton United in later 2014 making 99 appearances and scoring 12 times. Gomis helped to guide Sutton to promotion from the National League South in the 2015/2016 season. In their first season in the National League he was part of the side that reached the 5th Round of the FA Cup getting knocked out by eventual winners Arsenal.
