Hereford FC Chairman Jon Hale has spoken to the Bulls’ official website about the ‘fantastic’ volume of season ticket sales recorded to date.

So far there have been in the region of 600 season tickets sold since they went on sale – initially for renewals – last week, and then from Wednesday this week on General Sale.

“The level of season ticket sales to date is once again fantastic” said Hale “I want to thank everyone who has come forward to purchase already.”hereford

“The level of support we experienced last season was phenomenal and the early signs are very encouraging for similar levels going into the 2016/17 season as we look to maintain the momentum.

“We will always remember with great fondness the memories of our first season as Hereford FC, but we must not stand still reminiscing. Now is the time to move forward again, set our goals for next season and continue this exciting journey.

Speaking about the new additions as well existing players who have re-signed, Hale said “the Board are delighted to see so many players re-signing for next season, whilst also attracting the quality we have in Jamie Edge and Jamie Cuss as new players for next season.

“It is, therefore, particularly pleasing to see so much positivity from supporters in seeing the squad taking shape so early in the summer, and buying season tickets in such good time.

“New challenges await, in the Southern League South & West, and we also have the return to Edgar Street of FA Cup action to look forward to, as well as being new entrants in the FA Trophy rather than the Vase now we have gone into step 4 of non-league.

“Next season promises to be a hugely exciting time again, with lots of new grounds to visit and I am sure we will see Edgar Street full to the rafters again and in full voice many times over the next campaign.

“Thank you for your continued, valued, support and for buying your season tickets in such great numbers already. Together we must keep this momentum up and allow the journey to continue.”
