Pete Whitehead has decided to leave his position as chairman of Handsworth Parramore .

The club say they would like to place on record their thanks to Pete and his wife Maureen for all their help and support of the club over the past five seasons and they wish them both well with whatever their future holds.

Also leaving the club is HPFC secretary Max Ross, who has made the decision to hang up his pen after many years involved in local league football.

The club say the decision of Pete and Maureen to leave the club does not affect the status of the first team, who will maintain their Step 5 status and will take their place in the North Counties East League Premier Division next season.
