Alex Prosser admits new boss Jimmy Shan has helped breath fresh life into his Kidderminster career.
The former Aston Villa midfielder is enjoying a run in the team at present, having been forced to be patient for opportunities in the 11.
Prior to December, Prosser hadn’t started a game for Harriers in the league since the draw at Blyth in early-September.
But, after playing all bar the first eight minutes of the game against Gateshead on December 3, the 21-year-old has gone on to make successive starts.
The latter have come under the guidance of new man Shan, and Prosser himself admits the new gaffer has made a big difference.
“I am a lot happier when I’m playing,” he said. “I feel sharper with every game and I’m enjoying it.”
“Confidence is important in football and the new manager has given me that.”
