Former Hartlepool United goalkeeper Dimi Konstantopoulos has re-signed for the club 12 years after leaving.
The towering Greek stopper made a big impression in his initial spell at Victoria Park, playing 139 times for Pools. He featured in the 2005 League One play-off final against Sheffield Wednesday and would later win promotion with the club back to the division as League Two runners-up.
Capped once by Greece at senior level, the ex-Coventry City man spent six years with Middlesbrough, winning promotion to the Premier League in 2016. Now 41, he has rejoined Pools on non-contract terms.
