Striker Jonah Ayunga has his sights set on scoring goals in his three-month spell at Havant & Waterlooville.

The 21-year-old has already scored twice in his three games since arriving from Sutton United on loan.

Now he wants to make the most of his time with the Westleigh Park outfit before he returns to Gander Green Lane.

“I am enjoying my football with the Hawks and have made a decent start,” said Ayunga. “It was nice to get off the mark in my first game.”

“The whole purpose of the loan is for me to come and get as many games under my belt as I can. That will help me get fully match fit and add to my experience.

“The manager believes that will be beneficial to both of us.

“I have played against the Hawks a few times in the league and the manager had his eye on me from those. The ideal scenario is to do well with the Hawks and then go back to Sutton and try to nail down a place in their side.”
