Gateshead centre midfielder Thomas White has extended his loan at Spennymoor Town by a second month.
White has impressed in the engine room since joining from Gateshead mid-January, albeit predominantly through substitute appearances.
After recovering from a career-threatening Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury at 18, he showed remarkable professionalism and desire to earn himself a professional contract with Heed.
He’s spending time with Moors to regain match sharpness in a bid to challenge for a spot in his parent club’s staring 11.
White has caught the eye with some assured appearances and a range of passing in central midfield, but he can also play right back – valuable cover if Kallum Griffiths picks up an injury.
The 19-year-old will remain at The Brewery Field until 18th March 2017.
