Hemel Hempstead Town have re-signed Jake Evans.
The 22-year-old midfielder rejoins the Tudors following his loan deal from Cardiff City at the back-end of last season.
Evans told the club’s website: “I’m absolutely delighted. I did really enjoying being at Hemel when I was on loan.”
