Mike Symons has signed dual registration forms with Swindon Supermarine as he continues on the road to recovery following his injury lay-off.

The Hereford FC frontman is yet to feature for Hereford in a competitive game this season, having fractured his tibia in the final pre-season friendly at Edgar Street against Newport County at the end of July.

Speaking to the official Hereford FC website, Bulls Head Coach Marc Richards said@ “Mike has worked really hard on his recovery. Having progressively increased his workload in training over the past few weeks he is now at a stage where he needs to go and get some matches under his belt.

“Swindon have a number of games coming up in a short space of time, and so hopefully he’ll be able to get those minutes in quickly.”

He will be available for Swindon Supermarine this Tuesday evening as the Evo-Stik Southern Premier South side head to Beaconsfield. On Saturday they travel to Staines Town before facing Highworth Town on Wednesday 14th in the Wilts Senior Cup.
