Following the Annual General Meeting of the Dulwich Hamlet committee earlier this month a number of changes to responsibilities and positions have taken place.
With Jack Payne standing down from the position of Club Chairman to become President of Dulwich Hamlet Football Club, Liam Hickey has been elected as Chair whilst Liam Leahy was re-elected to the position of Vice-Chair.
Liam will continue in his role as Commercial Manager and Match Day Announcer being assisted by Andy Greig on the commercial side. Andy will also be continuing his liaison role with the Dulwich Hamlet Supporters’ Trust as their representative on the Club Committee.
Martin Eede was unanimously elected as Club secretary, a role he has expertly carried out for a number of years now.
In this he will be assisted by John Lawrence who in addition to his role of Editor of the award-winning Dulwich Hamlet matchday programme will be assisting Martin in a number of secretarial duties.
Outside commitments meant Bill Azzi felt he could not commit the time and he did not stand for reelection. Dulwich Hamlet Football Club would like to thank Bill for his tireless work as Treasurer over many years.
Mishi Morath was re-elected to continue the club’s work in the community where he has been instrumental in leading initiatives in areas combating Homophobia, Racism and Sexism within football. In this he will continue to be assisted by George Parnavelas.
Paul Griffin was elected to the committee as Media Manager looking after the club’s website and various social media channels whilst Shaun Dooley was also reelected.
