Lee Hildreth feels he is thriving in the role asked of him since arriving at Barwell just under a month ago.
The holding midfielder has been an ever-present since his debut at Marine in January, and has enjoyed being a part of the Kirkby Road squad.
Hildreth shared his thoughts on his time with Barwell so far after drawing at Hednesford Town.
He said: “The gaffer (Jimmy Ginnelly) brought me in to play just in front of the defence, and it’s my strongest position.
“I play my best football there and it’s a position where I feel comfortable.
“It’s a proper family club and it’s a close-knit group of lads”.
