Burgess Hill Town have signed midfielder Curtis Gayler from Lewes.
Gayler re-joins the Hillians for a second spell. He originally started in the Hillians Youth team playing a big part in their league and cup successes before breaking into the first team.
His first spell saw him appear 51 times for the Club scoring 5 goals before moving on to Worthing, Whitehawk and more recently Lewes.
Manager Ian Chapman said “I’m pleased to announce that Curtis has joined us after leaving Lewes. He has real quality and I’m delighted to have him back with us”.
He’s another good addition to the squad and can play in a number of positions. He’s also the right sort of character and at an age where he will still improve his game.
“Curtis hasn’t played loads this season, so he will need time to get match sharpness”.
