Wrexham manager Bryan Hughes insists there is no risk of complacency as the Dragons, having secured at least a play-off berth with victory at Barnet at the weekend, look to finish the season strongly.
With a play-off place now guaranteed, the team is now pushing to finish as high up the table as possible, with the league title still not over yet, and a home semi-final for the play-offs also up for grabs. And Hughes hopes the fact the play-off place has been secured will inject a renewed sense of belief into the Wrexham camp.
“We’ve just got to keep building now,” he said. “It’s nice to have the play-offs guaranteed so I think we can look forward now and go into these last few games with a bit more belief.
“Now it’s about finishing as high as we can. Winning the league would be fantastic and we still have aspirations for that, though we know it’s going to be difficult.
“But second and third have their own rewards, getting that home fixture in the play-offs, and we know how good our home form has been this season, and it will be beneficial to us to get into that position.
“We are in good form – we know we had a bit of a blip but we’ve hopefully put that behind us now.”
