Frimley Green have named Dan Huxley as their new manager

Huxley played most notably for Walton Casuals, Colliers Wood, Cobham and most recently Dorking FC.




As a player he was an industrious defender or midfielder and stepped into management fgfcwhilst playing as the assistant manager of Cobham.

He then went to cove as Player-Coach, which progressed into a role joint manager in the 2012/2013 season.

Since that success, Huxley has worked as a scout with Brentford in the professional development phase and then Preston North End, which saw progression to First Team Opposition Analysis work in their League One promotion season.

He also held the role of chief scout at Farnborough FC in the Conference South. This season saw a return to playing for Dorking FC before that was cut short due to injury.

The clubs also confirmed that Danny Perks and Ian Messenger will continue to manage the team for the remainder of the season, with Huxley being a presence around the ground but concentrating on his planning for the 2016/2017 season.
