Wrexham have appointed Owen Jackson as the club’s new head of physical performance.
Jackson’s experience in the game includes time with fellow National League sides Stockport County and Altrincham, as well as Salford City.
Jackson, who has also worked in rugby league with St Helens, told Wrexham’s website:
“I’ll be taking pre-match warm-ups, gym and field-based conditioning sessions and assisting with an overall aim to ensure the players are physically and mentally in the best position to go and win, whilst tracking GPS training load and giving the gaffer advice based on that.
“I’m very excited to be a part of a club on the up. I’s a fantastic opportunity to help get the club where they want to be.”
