Weymouth defender Dane James has returned to his parent club from a loan spell with Bridport.
James had extended an initial one-month loan with the Bees but boss Adam Fricker has decided to end the agreement early.
Speaking to Echosport, Fricker felt James needed more game time after the comeback from injury of right-back Kameron Andrews and his subsequent good form.
He said: “We took the decision to speak to Weymouth and to be honest it came off the back of Kameron coming back.”
