With the January transfer window heading towards its end, Wrexham boss Dean Keates revealed he was still hoping to bring in a few more players.
January has already seen Keates sign Akil Wright on a permanent deal from Fleetwood Town after the midfielder impressed during a six-month loan spell, and also bring in Scott Quigley earlier in the week on loan from Blackpool, the striker making an immediate impact with both goals in a 2-0 win at Hartlepool United.
Keates was questioned in the wake of the win at Victoria Park if there would be more incomings at the Racecourse to which he replied: “Yeah, before the end of the month, I’d like to think there will be a few more come in.
“We are looking at adding a few more bodies and that will give us a bit of a chance of pushing on towards the end of the season.”
