Goalkeeper Michael Emery has put pen-to-paper on a one-year contract with Boston United.

The 24-year-old has been brought in as back-up to Christian Dibble, who himself joined the Pilgrims at the end of June.

Emery has previous experience of National League North from his Gainsborough Trinity days and was previously with the sadly now defunct Rushden & Diamonds.

He finished last season between the sticks for Midland League side Heanor Town.
