Wrexham defender Kieran Kennedy has rejected his new contract offer from the club.
The 25-year-old joined in January from Shrewsbury Town and made 11 appearances for the Dragons, scoring two goals.
Manager Bryan Hughes confirms that he is still in talks with player of the season Rob Lainton, while left-back James Jennings has been given more time to consider his offer due to a family bereavement.
Also offered a new contract was midfielder Luke Summerfield. Summerfield, however, picked up an injury during the play-off eliminator against Eastleigh on 2nd May.
This injury is being treated and assessed by the club’s medical team prior to a conclusion of his contract talks.
