King’s Lynn Town have added former Norwich City academy prospect Cameron King to their squad as Ian Culverhouse gears up for a Southern Premier Division promotion push.
The Linnets reclaimed top spot on Saturday with a 3-0 home win over Dorchester Town and announced ahead of kick-off that the former Scotland Under-21 midfielder had signed. King was a member of City’s 2013 FA Youth Cup winning squad under Neil Adams and went on to make his senior debut for the Canaries, as a late substitute in a League Cup defeat at Shrewsbury in September 2014.
