After it was announced yesterday that Leamington loanee Jordan Murphy had been recalled by parent club Solihull Moors, it has since been confirmed that he cannot yet rejoin Moors.

The FA have informed Solihull that they are unable to recall the young midfielder until both clubs’ respective league seasons have concluded, meaning that he will now be available for Leamington’s trip to Darlington on Saturday.

Despite a recall provision originally being agreed by all parties, Solihull Moors say they were informed by The FA that it cannot be implemented due to the original registration in January being on a ‘long-term loan’ basis. Murphy’s registration will therefore revert to Moors on April 28th upon completion of his loan at Leamington.
