Leyton Orient have completed the signing of striker James Alabi.
The 23-year-old joins Orient from Tranmere Rovers following what has been a stop-start career in recent times. A former Stoke City and Celtic youngster, Alabi has enjoyed his best form at Chester FC, where he struck 24 goals in 62 games after his arrival in early-2016.
A move to Tranmere followed last summer, but after moving on loan to Dover Athletic, he saw a transfer to Ebbsfleet United fall through in January. The Londoner now moves to Orient on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee, with 15% of that fee set to go to Chester following the tribunal earlier this year regarding his move to Tranmere.
