Orient were relegated to the Vanarama National League in April 2017 after 112 years as a League club and only three years after being a penalty shootout away from the Championship. The East Enders are back, though, after a goalless draw at home to Braintree Town was enough to officially secure the National League title.

As Justin Edinburgh’s side go up, Yeovil Town have been relegated into non-league after 16 years in the EFL, and just five since their relegation from the Championship. Macclesfield Town are two points clear of Notts County heading into the final day, as one more relegation place is to be determined.
