Barnet goalkeeper Scott Loach believes despite defeat to Fleetwood Town, his side can take positives going forward into league action.

Barnet suffered a 2-0 home defeat on Sunday to League One side Fleetwood Town after two goals from Ched Evans ended this season’s FA Cup campaign.

Loach made numerous important saves to keep his side in the game but felt that not enough was done to challenge the visitors.

“We didn’t create enough today or give them the onslaught they would have expected.

“They’re League One, they came here and were professional so we’ve got to give them credit because some teams can drop to this level and not really fancy it but they showed up today and did a job on us and showed us the level that we aspire to be.”
