Bolton Wanderers have announced the signing of midfielder George Thomason from Longridge Town.

The 18-year-old playmaker has played 26 times for the North West Counties Premier Division side, with two goals.
On joining the League One club, Thomason said: “It’s a childhood dream. Becoming a professional footballer at a huge club like this is unbelievable and I’m buzzing to just kick on and get going and play for this great club.”
