Maidstone have handed new contracts to Jamar Loza and Ollie Muldoon.
The pair have been rewarded with one-year deals after proving their fitness over pre-season.
Former Charlton and Gillingham midfielder Muldoon was blighted by injury problems last season, playing just a handful of games.
Loza, meanwhile, struggled for form after coming back from ankle surgery.
Boss Jay Saunders wanted to be sure they were right before offering new deals.
He said: “What’s really pleased me is they had opportunities to sign deals at other clubs at our level and they both wanted to stay here and be a part of it.
“That, straight away, was refreshing to be honest. They’ve come in and their attitude’s been first-class.
“They’ve proved their fitness and I think the last few games they’ve done really well.
“I said to them I wouldn’t drag them along unless I really thought it was worthwhile.”
