Macclesfield Town have signed experienced defender Curtis Obeng, midfielder Navid Nasseri and striker Cody Ruberto
Swansea City signed former England Youth international Obeng from Macclesfield`s league rivals Wrexham in January 2012 on a three-and-a-half-year deal.
Obeng was a graduate of the renowned Manchester City academy and signed for Wrexham on a two-year deal after being released from the Premier League club in August 2009 following unsuccessful trials at Wigan Athletic and Celtic.
The former England under-19 defender extended his Wrexham contract to January 2013 in June 2011 and it was reported that the Welsh clubs agreed a fee in the region of £200,000 for the player.
He never made the Swans` senior side, but did have loan spells with Fleetwood Town, York City, Stevenage and Newport County whilst at the Liberty Stadium.
Earlier this season the 27-year-old turned out for Macc`s Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division South neighbours Witton Albion.
The Silkmen have also signed 20-year-old midfielder Navid Nasseri.
The former Manchester United and Blackburn Rovers schoolboy agreed a one-year deal with the Championship outfit Birmingham City with an option for an additional twelve months after joining in July 2014 from the youth set-up at Bury
The Iran under-21 international went on to make eight appearances for Birmingham`s development side, but failed to break into the first-team squad.
Ruberto is a 25-year-old Italian-born forward.
However, he started his career in Canada and in 2008/09 helped Calgary Callies win the Canadian Championship by netting 24 goals in twenty-nine games.
He returned to Italy to play for Ascoli before being off on his travels again, this time to French side AC Bastia in 2010.
After two years in France, he returned home to join Serie B side Brescia Calcio and then Athletico Montichiari, Porto Torres, Valenzana Mado and, from January 2016, Oppeano.
He signed for Macc after being on trial with National League North neighbours Stockport County.
